Oceanus is the Priest of Poseidon. Poseidon is covered almost completely in a vast sea; the only land is the three temples located on it. Each temple is over half constructed out of glass that is filled with fish tanks and sea life.

Oceanus was one of the last priests to join Nemesis, although he secluded himself shortly after the war began. His nature was not historically violent or rebellious, and so his motives for joining Sailor Nemesis are unclear.
